1. Who we are
Syndicate (Thai) Co., Ltd ("Syndicate", "we", "us", or "our") is an artificial intelligence technology and solutions company incorporated in Thailand. For the processing described in this policy, Syndicate is the data controller.

2. Personal data we collect
When you contact us or submit the enquiry form, we may collect:
- your name and work email address;
- your company or organisation, if you provide it;
- your area of interest and the contents of your message;
- records of our correspondence and actions taken in response; and
- limited information about your browser, device, and network, including your IP address, browser characteristics, and security signals. Our hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare Turnstile process this information to deliver the website, detect automated activity, and protect the contact form. Syndicate does not include your raw IP address or browser user-agent in the enquiry email.
3. How and why we use personal data
We process personal data only when we have an appropriate legal basis. We use it to:
- review, direct, and respond to your enquiry, including taking steps at your request before entering into a contract;
- assess possible business opportunities and keep relevant correspondence, based on our legitimate interests in operating and developing our business;
- protect the website, prevent misuse, and keep it operating reliably, based on our legitimate interests in security and service integrity;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and comply with applicable law; and
- carry out another purpose for which we have asked for your consent, where consent is the appropriate legal basis.
4. When we share personal data
We may share personal data with the people who need it to handle your enquiry and with trusted providers that support our hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, and professional advice. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser and network information to check that a submission is legitimate. Cloudflare Email Service processes the contact details and message you submit so it can deliver the enquiry to hello@syndicate.ac. These recipients may use personal data only for the relevant purpose and under appropriate contractual or legal duties.
We may also disclose information when required by law, a lawful authority, or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services. We do not sell or rent personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our infrastructure and service providers may process personal data outside Thailand. When personal data is transferred internationally, we use safeguards required by applicable data protection law. These may include contractual protections, recognised transfer mechanisms, or transfers to destinations that provide an adequate level of protection.
6. How long we keep personal data
We keep contact enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any business relationship that follows, meet legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. The website does not maintain a separate database for contact form submissions. Cloudflare Email Service delivers the submitted content, which we keep in our business communications only as needed for these purposes. When we no longer need the information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Security
We use appropriate administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss and unauthorised or unlawful access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet service is completely secure. We review our safeguards and limit access to people who need the information for an authorised purpose.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and limitations of applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to and a copy of your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion, destruction, or anonymisation of data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing;
- request data portability where applicable;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing; and
- lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee or another competent supervisory authority.
9. Website technologies
The website saves your light or dark theme preference in your browser so it can use the same setting when you return. This preference stays on your device. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes browser and network information and may use strictly necessary browser technologies to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated activity. We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioural tracking, or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers may use technologies that are strictly necessary to run and protect the website.
10. Requests, questions, and changes
To exercise a privacy right or ask a question, email hello@syndicate.ac and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. We will post an appropriate notice on this website if we make a material change.
